G.R. Sponaugle & Sons, Inc. is seeking a HVAC Mechanical Services Sales Representative to join our team in Harrisburg, PA. We offer a Competitive Base Salary (DOE) as well as the other excellent benefits as noted below.

This position is responsible for selling services our company offers. An understanding of various HVAC systems is required. The ability to analyze HVAC system deficiencies, define solutions, price required material and labor, and propose a quality solution to the customer is required. The individual will work to generate sales through establishing contacts with new customers, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and managing those relationships to ensure quality service is provided.

Collaborate with the sales and operations team(s) in a planned and professional manner in support and growth of GRS in the marketplace. Provide customer interfacing support with a focus on excellence, quality in performance and customer satisfaction. Participate as an active member of the GRS staff to support and develop a culture of teaming with a focus on growth, integrity, and respect for the individual.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

· Maintain an annual sales plan. Produce sufficient proposals to meet or exceed this plan.

· Maintain a new customer contact list and qualify new business via all available resources.

· Follow-up on qualified leads and referrals promptly.

· Survey mechanical systems, interpret drawings, and identify equipment and job conditions at customer locations to properly understand customer's needs and requirements.

· Provide pricing to proposed solutions to satisfy customer's needs, company standard and profitability.

· Promptly address customer concerns to assure resolution and maintain long term relationships.

· Identify and address any potential areas of concern at a customer's site where work will be performed, (i.e., safety, credit concerns, special requests, etc.)

· Prepare complete and concise reports, proposals, sales plans, mileage logs and other company paperwork. Maintain accurate expense records.

Education and/or Experience

A 4-year college degree or proven equivalent job experience.
